The mission of the Teaching & Learning Collaborative is to provide innovative, high-quality professional development and support for preK-12 educators in mathematics, science, and technology.
Our mission represents a promise that we make as an organization to develop professional development programs that are innovative, based on critical needs in mathematics and science education, help increase teacher effectiveness and student achievement, and provide an opportunity to develop and sustain new collaborative partnerships. TLC professional development programs provide teachers with deeper content knowledge and effective, research-based instructional strategies to use in the classroom, thus providing students access to the quality education needed to advance their understanding of mathematical and scientific literacy for the future.
