one-day Math Camp-In mini conference

One December 12, we'l be hosting a oneday conference for teachers of grades 1-3 centered around Math Camp-In. The conference will be held at the Great Wolf Lodge located near King's Island.

Math Camp-In is a program where students hike to math "trail posts" (stations), complete rich mathematical tasks and record ideas in their Camp Journal. You can use Math Camp In as an overnight experience, a mini-unit in the regular classroom or a Family Math Night.

Participants will each receive a Camp-In-A-Box, which contains materials in numbers sufficient to conduct Math Camp In with 26 students. All you need to add is a few perishable items and excited students!
